  • Account use: Provide accurate information, protect your login details and use only your own account. Users under 18 need parent or guardian consent where required.
  • Learning materials: Content supports learning and career readiness. Copying, resale, scraping or redistribution requires written permission.
  • Your work: You retain ownership of your submissions. Submitting work permits EduTantr to review, score, display and verify it within the platform and any public portfolio features you enable.
  • Academic honesty: Submissions must be your own. Plagiarism, forged evidence and score manipulation can affect reviews, certificates or account access.
  • Reviews and access: Reviews use published criteria and evidence. Certificates can be revoked if that evidence is invalid. Maintenance and third-party outages may interrupt access.
  • Updates: EduTantr communicates material policy changes through the platform or registered contact details.

Refund PolicyEligibility, requests and processing times
  • Within 7 calendar days: EduTantr’s published policy allows a full refund if you have completed less than 20% of the program and received neither a mentor-reviewed project approval nor a certificate for that program.
  • After 7 days: Fees are normally non-refundable. Duplicate payments and verified billing errors may qualify for an exception.
  • Delivered services: Completed individual mentor sessions, mock interviews and reviewed submissions are non-refundable as standalone services.
  • Request a refund: Email supportteam@edutantr.in from your registered email with your invoice number, program name and reason. Purchase verification may require more details.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional settlement time.
  • Cancellation: Stopping a program does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
